Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Executive Audiology Group, we are committed to providing every patient with high-quality, personalized hearing care. To ensure fairness and respect for all patients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation and no-show policy:

Appointment Cancellations:

  • We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations.

  • If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

Missed Appointments (No-Shows):

  • If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance, a $50 no-show fee will be charged.

Payment Information:

  • A valid credit card is required to hold your appointment. No charges will be made unless the cancellation or no-show policy is violated.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are happy to work with you if an emergency prevents you from keeping your appointment. Thank you for respecting our time and the time of other patients.
